Managed design process to bring clarity, entertain, inform and continue to build consumer confidence. Oversaw all graphic design projects and staff, integrating ideas across multiple disciplines including advertising, interactive, broadcast, direct, and public relations. Established communications guidelines that are sustainable and flexible to accommodate brand change and growth. Contributed to the creative leadership and success of the agency through the design of new business materials.
